So.

[s]Task: Make a metal tank full of clean water.
Resource: Steel Jerrycan, Water purifier, 80 volume, metal tank of water (225)
Problems: 1. You can’t carry neither steel jerrycan nor metal tank of water in your inventory
2. YOU CAN’T POUR FUCKING WATER FROM ONE CONTAINER TO ANOTHER IF THEY ARE NOT IN YOUR INVENTORY
How-to: 1. Find a toilet
2. Pour water from metal tank of water onto the toilet
3. Fill steel jerrycan with water from the toilet
4. Purify
5. Pour clean water from steel jerrycan to metal tank
6. Repeat 3 times
7. PROFIT.

I suggest to just add some option to [ u ]nload liquid into nearby container.[/s]
By the way, there was one bug report of vehicle water purifier not able to purify more than 100 water at once. Still not fixed.

you can unload a liquid into a container that is at your feat. it doesn t need to be in your inventory.

you could even craft water from any source right into clean water and fill it directly into a container at your feet.
