Well I opened the gif and manually removed that demonic spot, converting the psd into gifs still made it appear for some reason.
So no more scary spots for you.

I started trying to identify the mutations on Boss Mutant, but I got lost somewhere around the glowy eyes. The @ on the toga is a nice touch though.

Here’s my current survivor, right now he’s on day 50 (playing 91 day seasons) and he’s setting up a base in a Public Works building. I named him Alan Davies because I was watching QI at the time, best decision ever.

I need a quick consultation, fellas.

I’m replacing SAI. And I need something good to replace it. Are there any Autodesk drawing tools? Or should I stick with Illustrator?

Dunno why you’d want Illustrator when you can have Photoshop. Gimp if you have ethical/financial qualms. Sai’s probably still your best bet though.

Photoshop is, let’s say, have a slightly different orientation - so does the GIMP. They are supposed to be an “edit and posteffect” tools.

An open source alternative is Inkscape, or commercial software like CorelDraw.

If you’re looking to more like, paint and smudge media all over a canvas from scratch than layer-effects post editing awesomeness, autodesk has a program called sketchbook pro. Might have a newer version out, I’ve got 6.2. I mean, it’s still got layers, but the focus is more on imitating real media than pic manipulation.

Got a nice trial that’s 14 ‘days’ (14 instances of clicking ‘run’ on the application, you can get months out of it if you aren’t the sort to turn your computer off), and it’s significantly cheaper than photoshop. Like, it was around 60$ for me instead of 600$. (Not disclosing whether or not I payed for photoshop or not, heh.)

SketchPro looks nice to me and I also have spare $60. But I also wanted to buy new GPU… URGH, CHOICES!
