Actually I just pointed up some parts of Alan’s personality up there.
Ugh, who cares, the center part was a dick joke.
Well theres a big problem with narrative logic in there then,
Just as you cant have a scene implying the relentless slaughter of children and then mention the word youngling while expecting the audience to taake the scene seriously
You cant make a dick joke and expect people to take the context of the joke seriously.
Psst Ima Just joking
And yes that scene is possibly Lucas’ worst attempt at being dramatic ever
had a game like that once, it’s where the quote in my signature came from XD Killed an NPC, noticed it had Jerk Jerky on it (Then ate him) killed a few more (and ate them or otherwise preserved them for later) and eventually was killed by, you guessed it, another cannibal NPC.
Apparently I am not the strongest, then again I think Highlander might have ended differently if it was Saiga VS sword too.
So I decided I’d try and do renders of all the Rivtech firearms in Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead
Okay so the RM216 SPIW and the RM103A Automagnum so far, Automagnum being placed closest to the viewer. …Now with their iron sights on right. XD
I gave the SPIW a P90 style mag because it’s listed as an SMG in the skills and described as a close quarters weapon in the description while being called a Light Carbine. So I kinda met in a middle-ground.
The Automagnum got a weird magazine on it similar to the G11’s front loading style because I felt the bulky style went best with the “overkill” description.
Thanks XD You have no idea how much of a headache I had figuring out where to put the magazine on these, at least with the MG I can use a box-mag XD
EDIT: Finished the Smig.
I don’t know why there’s a flashlight on it. It just fit. Half-tempted to have “RIVTECH” engraved on the side of em all, sorta like how the XM8 has XM8 on the sides… Dunno though…
The RM52 Assault Rifle, stuck the clip on the bottom because a foot-long clip sticking out the bottom or sides didn’t make sense to me. Also decided to start sticking “Rivtech” on the weapons because it seems to fit. I really hope I’m not butchering Rivet’s mental image for these guns XDD
Joking and Technicalities aside, it’s interesting to see other’s ideas concerning concepts and weapons, and you took the time to make it in sketchup (I think)

I am using sketchup but most the time is used waiting for my CPU to catch up XDD

Sketchup doesn’t kill my computer as much as AutoCAD does x_x 3D tends to do that.
The Battlerifle now… Just got the revolver (which should be fun) and the LMG (Which will also be fun) before I can move onto the fancy digital picture. …Which’ll have all of em in one image with some fancy text and all that good stuff. Fancy, fancy, fancy.
Had intended to base it somewhat off John Candlebury’s drawing but… Looking at the drawing and the render now “loosely based off” doesn’t even apply anymore… Whoops… Five down, two to go.
I’m no good at drawing stuff, but I can make 3D models too.
This is an older project, but if you’ve ever wondered what a Rivtech gun might look like according to my aesthetics, it would look something like this:
