Draw Your Cataclysms

urghh…cars
cars and buildings

I can draw inanimate objects but not people.

also guns, Perspective, Proportions…
you see why I said everything?
anyway, here be a short part of something i’m working on

XD those goofy NPCs are solo jumpy. When will they ever learn?

after much linking it has been proven
you can indeed have a conversation using nothing but jontron reaction clips and gifs

buildings are easy, even perspective (or maybe especially) I think… cars are trickier though. No straight lines, and like people its hard to keep everything to scale.

Maybe start with looking at yourself? (no not like that)

I’ve gotten some help with drawing hands/arms/legs/torsos by just looking at people (Mainly myself, 'cause that be creepy).

alas nay I think I analyze too much or something. Maybe I should do that thingy where you draw lines on a circle and break everything up and then erase the guidelines but…nah to lazy.

Yes! Frames are soooo good to work with. It’s how I got thumbs up by the massive from showing people my first actual ‘person’ drawing that I didn’t turn into what looks like a frogworm.

I like to follow the helpful hint of 'if you can’t draw it, cover it up’
which is why most of the time my character’s hands and/or feet are usually in or behind something

Ah such sounds like the work of carpentry. If at first the cut is wrong, cover it with really decorative trim and keep going. (the more mistakes you make and cover, the more elaborate the thing looks when your done)

Ahahaha yes
I kept my first succesful characters face under a motorcycle helmet, and when my really OP one came around, I sometimes used a mask when I couldn’t draw the lower face.
I also had raggedy hair to cover up some features im eugh with, like foreheads and nose placement.

Could also apply to cooking
burnt a bit or made a dodgy cut? slap some sauce or icing over it

many an aesthetically appeasing thing has been made by the artist going "fuck it I can’t make a good ___ anyways. But I can make a _____ look sexy as hell! No one will ever know. Best known example: Van Gogh - I can’t draw a dam ear. So Ill lop my ear off and then I can draw the bandages and make them look AWESOME. Ill have little bit of blood soaking through and stuff. It’ll be SOOO detailed. And it was.

Now that I have a platform on which to snap some pics of my drawings with, i’ll post’em once I get around to it, most likely in the weekends/this week actually.

 look forward to it.

There, done…Seems Klara attracted some attention while scavenging a battery for her lab

Your links are broken, but they might just be blocked at school.

 nice. I look forward to seeing this character more ^.^
