And in relation to the zweihander, It works quite well with my build since I use ninjutsu and with the special attack it deals 140-160 dmg each hit. Heck all I think I can’t kill in melee are turrets and the chicken walkers since my armour isn’t strong enough.

I specially like this purple tuxedo you’ve drawn, the shading is very well done. One point I think you could improve slightly more would be the hands though, but that’s to be expected, If I randomly switched to a drawing tablet Id be just as rusty. It’s good to know you learn fast though.
I still basically have to draw all the bones in to make hands make any sense. All my undersketching for semi-realistic stuff has a sort of muscle/skeleton hybrid shape to it though. Hands. HANDS.
Hands and feet are hardmode, so many small bones. They always come to look good in time, though.

All the carts ends up with the name “Chopper”…

If you mean my black and white drawing, I made it in the quite uncomfortable software known as “GIMP 2”.
It’s free, and better than paint. But by the gods, it’s crude.
There’s another version of GIMP? I thought it only had one. still better than shelling 1k for photoshop.
Didn’t you hear? Photoshop’s monthly now XD like 50 a month or something
yeah. I thiiiiink there’s still non-monthy single-license versions one can buy, but for students going through art school, paying for photoshop for only as long as you’re in school is really nice. Alternatively, it works fantastically when you’re in a position to claim photoshop payments as part of your business expenses. I get the feeling the pay-to-play versions are geared more to these scenarios.
It’s still really weird to me, though.

Could someone perhaps say if the black and white was any good? I was thinking about giving it some color, but I just weren’t sure

Okay, so it’s not CATA related so much as topic-related. I couldn’t find the tutorial I was looking for, perhaps due to my connection behaving oddly when performing image searches, so I figured why the hell not? I’ll draw some damn hands myself. I do not expect this tutorial to explain everything, barring the question “Do you draw any hands besides your own, Ed?”

They are attached to my body and conveniently always available for my referencing while drawing.
