So the debug menu accesses the correct parameters for wasteland scavengers faction Set opinions menu (like (l), respect (r), trust (t)) but only appends values rather than overwriting them.
In my example the three values l, r, t were all -2 and when trying to edit (l) to +2 the new saved value became -22 instead of just 2.
