Constantly Cold feet?

Ok so there were multiple bugs: First drench capacity was set to 1 so when your toso reached 40 wetness the game thought you were 4000% wet and applied cold penalty accordingly Second there is a typo that makes you wetter each time you’re supposed to get dryer leading to infinite wetness First one is already fixed and here’s the fix for the second one https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/42430
