Car electrical systems expansion

Yeah, don’t pitch the current storage battery!

The batteries on electrics and hybrids are waaaaaaaaaaaaay different from the standard 12 volt ones you have on your gasoline driven car; longer cycle lifespan, much larger storage capacity, and tremendously higher output - like 300+ volts as opposed to 12.

If we’re going to end up with electrical systems on gasoline engines in-game, they REALLY need a separate battery component for that.

I guessed that I’d need a separate component for regular car batteries as opposed to the storage batteries (which would obviously be different, powering an engine). It’s actually not as much work as I thought to put this in, since it slots perfectly into the fuel system. If I can just figure out why my headlights keep shooting invisible light beams I should be able to make a pull request at the repo.
