Playing the latest nightly build (commit 234a80234e) its not possible to go down the evac shelter’s stairs. haven’t tried it with out on any stairs yet.
completely new save, default settings just in case.
Thanks for letting us know, it seems like the problem applies to all stairs. I’ve reported it on the git, so hopefully it should be fixed before long.
