In the Bulletin Board when I select Expand Base it says Positions 0/1 even when I have followers
nearby or assigned workers .
I can assign workers to other jobs but Expand Base appears dim unlike other jobs.
What am I doing wrong ? I read somewhere that you need beds near the 3x3 zone where you create your camp. I tried that as well .
