Bug? Vehicle's engine won't start without any reason

So, my newly assembled vehicle’s engine just won’t start (pushing “turn on the engine” has no effect). No messages appears, no visible reasons on this problem.

Yes, it is 4 24’’ wide wheels(green), electric motor, 3 storage batteries(all charged)

p.s. As I know, to start electric motor you only need a controls, storage battery and motor itself.

this is wierd
maybe debug in another engine and remove the old one and try it, it could be that the electric engine cant handle the weight of your car

Weight does not really matters here. If weight is too much, engine will start, but vehicle will not move. I have tried to replace engine, battaries, wheels, controls and still nothing. Now I think that car is corrupted somehow and it is a bug.
