Thought i’d start this one.

You must become a adrenaline junkie to survive.

Shocker zombies help you slightly
smashing windows/doors/chairs/ anything breakable
Pain increases your strength/speed
Driving wreckless/fast
Inhalers control heart-rate
Nasal Spray for pure grade epinephrine

Anything boring and tedious kills you fast
Sleeping
Reading
Cooking
Crafting
Building

Like an adrenaline fueled, no holds barred, race to destruction.

Well, basically, he’s got a poison that forces him to have adrenaline- if he stops thinking hard and doing crazy shit, it kills him. Think Nightmare on Elm Street, except not a demon and instead just, like, cyanide.

Yeah, exactly.

This would probably take some serious coding.

But would still be a kickass trait or special minigame.
