-1 charge? What have you modified so it has -1 charge?
It won’t charge with -1 charge, as the game treats that like not having the ability to be charged.
I’m getting the same problem in 48bf7c0. The -1 charges is shown when examining the item, there is no charge level after the item name itself like there used to be. In previous builds it would say, for example, “UPS (rechargeable) (1000)”. Now it just says “UPS (rechargeable)”, and -1 charges if you examine the item. I’ve tried turning the vehicle charger on and off, and installed the recharge mod in a couple different electronics, nothing charges.
Same issue, same build.
