When activating a torch it runs out of energy within a second but does not become a burnt out torch, fuel shows almost completely burned out.
Just bumped into this issue on latest experimental:
You light the torch.
The torch is extinguished.
The torch ran out of energy!
Still it doesn’t become a “burnt out torch” that you can use to craft a new one with gasoline and a cotton patch.
