Blunter bullet tips for extra force and one breakage?
Soft Nose rounds. Really, pretty much every real life application for a bullet has already been invented and is available on the market, unless you want to get into sci-fi stuff.
We need quantum entangled ammo. When you shoot it fires two projectiles from a single bullet.

You can get shotgun bolas rounds that do exactly that. Two projectiles joined by a metal wire.
Dumdums. Never heard of commercial models, pure homemade nasty.

Oh you can certainly get them.
Seems various idiots keep panicking and making a huge fuss about it every time a brand of that bullet type is marketed. They call them “cop-killers” although obviously that term should refer to armour piercing rounds.

How about taking the ammo discussion to another thread?
I wonder if I’ll be able to move my save to the new experimental (once Jenkins kicks back in) because I wanna try out the wells!

I wonder if I’ll be able to move my save to the new experimental (once Jenkins kicks back in) because I wanna try out the wells!
“Topic: Tips, Tricks, and Newb Questions!” I think the ammo discussion is fine where it is. Guns are a major part of the game so it makes sense to discuss and answer questions about guns and ammo in this thread.
None of this ammo is in the game. If you want it implemented, make a thread in the Drawing Board. If you want to discuss it, take it to General Discussion. No matter how you look at it, this is not a discussion that should be occurring in this thread.
Mods on the left are the selection you can choose from, ones on the right are the ones you have selected.
Oh, sorry. Just deleted my post, as I figured it out myself just now.
Thanks for your reply nonetheless.
What was the question?
He wanted to play without mods.
Ah, ok I thought by mods he meant weapon mods, and I assumed there had been a change to how they were installed/uninstalled.
What’s the best fuel for fire ? I just got into a winter and set it’s length to 30 days in the world creation and My base is running out of benches and 2x4 so I wanna know which is best, logs or planks on a stone fireplace for the longest burning time.
Planks, probably. Actually the best way to maximize wood for fuel would be to turn everything into skewers, but that’s a little time-consuming if you aren’t desperate for fuel.
Planks, definitely. I’ve had 2 logs burn for about an hour, which isn’t that long compared to 2 2x4’s, which lasted me 4 hours.
thanks, Never would have knew, since I was following the logic that firewood and logs burn longer than simple planks.
