Paper cash however. I do believe is still a thing in game. It isn’t used as barter(which seems only natural) however, I do believe there are “bundles of cash” at random and in banks. I haven’t committed this to memory. But unless they were removed from the game. I could have sworn those were a thing.

They do exist, but I suspect they’re there only as flavor or perhaps as a more dense way of storing money. Perhaps paper money is only printed in massive denominations now, since the money bundles tend to spawn in bank vaults and mansions.

Perhaps an option for a more adult personal banking card in conjunction with the stored-value cards could be a thing in game. This would make a card with a hidden denomination while of little overall value(normally). Then hacking it will allow free use and access to the bank account at an ATM. Thus giving the ATM machine a little more love?

Keeping the stored value-open info cash cards is nice for random loot.
