When I got on the other day I haven’t found a single basement. Have they been removed? If not could a cellar be added. Have it be like a 2 by 2 entrance that opens up a staircase into the basement.
Still in just pretty rare.
i mean, there is only drug and weapon. i don’t think everyone in a city would have one of those.
