I almost exclusively play CDDA for now. I dont have a lot of time to game, so I rather spend it on something actually mutli faceted.

I discovered the game first around 2020,
What I love most about the game is the feeling of freedom, that almost everything is editable, building walls, felling trees, digging tunnels… Same for the items and “furniture stuff”, which can be deconstructed into parts which in turn can be used to build other stuff.

I play the game without save scumming, except for bug related losses (and gains!).
At first I didnt know how to play, and didnt bother to look it up. Learned the basics “by death”.
I remember my first ever character, poor guy simply died of dehydration because I didnt know how to open the inventory or drink stuff.
