# You know you've been playing too much Cataclysm:DDA when

In my feeble opinion, I rather like the (semi)strict laws in the New England area of 'MURICA. Mostly because I dont see the need for everyone to have a M2 with a 1000m scope and 500~ rounds in its clip.  
Oh, and also because most people hereabouts (shocking for an area with shittons of hunting) have no clue how to use a gun, myself included.

However, heres an idea. Every (ablebodied) person over a certain age (old enough for selective service) gets drafted for a year, is tought gun safety, similar, and is evaluated mentally.  
If they pass, give them that M4.  
If they fail, dont give them a gun.

Now, what socialist-capitalist nation does that remind you of?
