A recent version has overhauled the world gen system. While the changes may be beneficial on a smaller scale, I found that the function of resetting the world gen when you’re informed that certain terrain can’t be added was really convenient when I decided that I just had to have a map with both size 16 cities, and a refugee center. I read that this function was only intended as a stopgap, but an option on the settings that prevents the map generator from making something that doesn’t meet all requirements would be nice to have again.

tl/dr: It’s just not feasible to crank up the settings, and still have what you’re looking for anymore.
