So yeah, was lab raiding trying to find a cvd machine finale (good luck for me lol). Ended up finding something MUCH BETTER though.
When was this merged and who was the amazing fellow that took time to code this ?
And that my friends is one of the many reasons why I love cata.

I fail to see why calling it a vibrator is an issue. There is nothing about it that goes into any detail about how it is used, and yet the item draws more attention than killing child zombies in a school after the end of the world while fungal spores drift by.

In my home state of Alabama, it is illegal to sell vibrators or other “devices of a sexual nature”, so many are packaged as “personal massagers” to get around the ridiculous prohibition.
Partially as a reaction against that, I am not tolerant of this particular brand of sophistry.
It’s a vibrator. It’s intended purpose is insertion into the bodily orifice of your choice, where it vibrates and makes you feel good. Lots of people use them, get over it. There is nothing about this that is worthy of shame or prohibition.
My ONLY concern with things of this nature is that the depictions of them not be graphic (specifically, pornographic).

I was at a presentation learning about the pepper plants I’m gonna plant in the garden.
As for resources, yeah, I needed a few compiler cycles locally, as well as the Jenkins cycles, to get the vibrator working. Took about 5-6 hours of my time and probably an hour or two total for Rivet & Kevin to review it.
Friendly reminder: devs can’t just constantly work on The Next Thing The Fanbase Wants. We have hunger, thirst, fatigue, morale, and Focus levels too, so just like your character needs repairs, reloading, and recreation, so do we. I’ve had a long stretch recently where my morale was too low to code. At least Kevin’s pancakes helped with that.
(No, seriously: a stack of pancakes is great for explaining the concepts involved in a working Z-level implementation: all the pancakes cool at the same time despite being stacked above/below each other, syrup poured on the top of the stack soaks through to affect other pancakes, you can cut out a chunk and see multiple layers at once, etc. Phrasing this in a less-controlled fashion proved amusing.)

If I wasn’t craving for pancakes now, I certainly am now. Hey wait, are there pancakes in the game yet? I can’t imagine adding (rare) packaged pancake batter and allowing the player to make some in a frying pan would be too far-fetched.

If you go with “ready made” pancake mix, it’s literally a matter of adding water and heating on something flat, and that stuff stays good for a looong time.

Hm- hotplate or source of fire, stone/normal pots and frying pans, or maybe even ceramic and tin plates? As well as a unit of clean/unclean water, of course. And it’d spawn rarely in houses, commonly in restaurants/diners.

The 'ol “If you want it done, do it yourself” argument seems relevant here (in more ways than one lol). Still, I wish the dev would have used that time for something like a stealth system or a new enemy instead.
