# What zombies give CBMs?

It looks like the game has recently been updated to account for bionics not being native to the cataclysm world, with bionic spawns being changed. Any idea what zombies now have the ability to drop CBMs when harvested?
I’m pretty sure zombie scientists were removed from the list, but beyond that I am unsure what still has potential, and what does not.

As far as I can tell, only Zomborgs.

From what I can see in the code, I can confirm this. Only Zomborgs seem to have CBMs now.
… Assuming that your definition of “recently been updated” does mean experimental, not the 0.F stable.

Yes, you can [no longer harvest CBMs](https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/blob/2e6b01a96ff0dae162f734752ece6b0dc655d4af/data/json/monsters/zed_soldiers.json#L438) from them.
