# What is "Obi"? (obligatory additional characters so it is \>15 chars long)

its the colored belt you usually see in Japanese martial arts that denotes skill.

I was going to write that it’s a home improvement store in Switzerland and Germany, maybe even other countries too, but yeah, as a clothing I wouldn’t have known…  
Here’s some reading material about it:
