The jacquesbrator: Basically a Jacqueshammer scaled down to be operated one-handed.

Also, apparently we need an oversized solar sombrero that, when worn in sunlight, provides charge to all the items with an appropriate attachment.

Codec calls.

You get to set up your own radio support team with recruited NPCs and they’ll give you useful tips.

The horrible part? They all have horrible hobbies which they NEVER EVER SHUT UP ABOUT. Also, your ex just won’t stop fucking calling you.

Radiation exposure and mutagens should just cause cancer, which would negatively effect all stats and cannot be cured.

Or you can just throw the codec away. Just sayin’

However, why don’t we include “Maintenance” option for your CBMs and a chance of them malfunctioning if not maintained? Also, if you have more than 5 implants it should stop bleeding.  
If there is nothing to maintain you just check your legs.

You can turn off mutations-from-radiation in the options, should you so choose. You want all mutation disabled or only (player-craftable) mutagens?

We need more martial arts: Jedi, The One, Chuck Norris, Tentacle Mastery(actually, having unusual body-form martial art styles might be good. The military probably developed best-practises for bionics and many mutations could probably be adapted into combat-styles…), Kaiju(Yes, stomping, flailing, and bad breath constitute a combat art!), Shounen, Magical Girl, and Fighting Dirty.
