Survivor zombies occasionally turning out to be people just pretending to be zombies. Kinda like that one scene in Shaun of the Dead. Huge morale hit upon examining the body and discovering they weren’t already dead.

You should be able to wield automatic 40mm shotguns with one in each hand, one in your mouth, another for each foot, one under each arm and another held between the legs, have another one rigged to trigger when you tweak your nostrils and have a six-pack of L.A.W.s draped over your torso ready to fire when you pull in your belly…
