The sharingan mutation! dodge everything. Counter everything and control hulks and nether creatures! Turns your chara into a whiny wreck though.  
If you don t keep you moral over -200 (to which it naturaly converges) you ll commit suicide crying out in your last words how you don t have any family anymore.

Use tools on yourself to a variety of bad effects that also hurts you badly.  
Like set yourself on fire with a lighter.  
Try welding your face to a car.  
Stab yourself with a screwdriver.  
And so on…

Zombie Mutagen  
You now naturally produce Zombie Pheromones but you are also slowly rotting to death, and healing items have no effect on you.  
You also start to lose movement speed and all stats until you can barely move and if you didn’t already you have a strong craving for human flesh now.
