How else did you think this would work? 😉 However, for the tuner you’ll also need a [Radio](http://www.wiki.cataclysmdda.com/index.php?title=Radio). I can imagine my character doing 110mph blasting “what a wonderful world” run over the hellish abominations of this game. ---
