# Unstable Windows (4639) 12654-gb521f77 bionic UPS not consuming power

Hi,  
I noticed it with the use of my dehydrator not consuming my bionic power when recharging from ups bionic that’s turned on. This bug… or feature lets me use EMP projector on burst( 210 power per turn ) absoulutely free.
