# Torch nerf

Torches have been nerfed? they were good for the investment, but never spectacular.

Yeah, please explain. I’ve never even crafted a torch, flashlights are abundant.

If I had to guess its actually something related to fighting with the lit torch.

Presumably related to stun times or fire damage.

Could be fire damage.  
Now it’s resistible.  
Though it means that it’s possible to buff fire damage now - it was quite tiny even without resistances.

I don’t know if this is true or not. The version I’m using is relatively recent and the torch lights up almost all of the inside of a cave. Unless we’re not talking about light levels?
