I’m not sure what your definition of “alpha” is but AFAIK it still considered alpha or more accurately unfinished, the next version would probably be 0.10.

A good place to see all the new stuff and fixes added in the game is the [GitHub page](https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA).
