Your challenge, if you choose to accept it. Is to create a character with only 1 in each stat. You may distribute points at your leisure but not into stats. You win once you: A. Have two artifacts B. A RV with a welding rig inside C. Reach the maximum mutation level for your path. I need a save game file to prove your characters success, or screenshots.

Go do it or you are a pussy!

It may be due to the fact that you have to go into the game files to change the stats (atleast in 0.9).  
Also, people may be out trying right now. Sounds like it would take awhile and many trys.

Also are the mutation levels in the stable build. I failed at compiling, kept typing in TILES=1 NATIVE=win32, but nothing notified me if it worked.

Going to be posting screenshots here later.  
But I got a backpack, flashlight, spray paint, and a radio from the evac shelter.  
Killed a rat and cooked it up.  
Found several military outposts and bunkers outside of town.  
Saw some turrets.  
Found a dead squad of soldiers, got an ID and a bunch of military gear.

I actually used homewrecker a lot on my character that C4’d himself. Slow, but the damage that is dishes out, no one can really complain.

You only have to complete one, however if you do all you get the special ‘armok bonus cookie’.
