Furniture and terrain types were not included to avoid confusion until differing styles will be worked out.

Can also be used as a boilerplate for filling a tileset.

Require Python to run CDDA `compose.py` script.

Added support for per-type backgrounds. On this image all `monster` fallbacks have the yellow blob on the background:
