Not a glitch believe it or not. It requires a soldering iron\welder to repair because its partially made of plastic.

I thought they were referring to the fact that it can bring your cooking skill up to the level you need to have to understand it in the first place.

Yeah. I didn’t noticed the last part of the description until first reply here. Thought it was a bug. Now I see it’s not and it’s a quite fun feature actually.
