# Stable Release 0.8 Bear Traps

So I’ve just noticed that upon killing anything a mass amount of bear traps spawn with the corpse. I have been scumming a bit (closing the game without saving, replacing save folders, etc) so I dunno if that may be a cause. I have the save file still if that would be needed.

That sounds awesome, I’ve been playing the 0.8 release also but I haven’t been getting any bear traps.

Are you killing them with bear traps? I noticed a glitch one time where I dropped a bear trap to kill a zombie and two bear traps appeared after I killed it, but I couldn’t reproduce it.

I have kited a few zombies through spawned trap groups, but killing them with anything has proven to just spawn a tile full of bear traps.
