# Sorting through clothing

Is there any way to sort the [W]ear window by encumbrance/coverage/warmth/bash/cut/bullet/acid/fire/env/storage (or any other window?)
If not, I think it would be a useful addition to the game, especially when looking through large piles of clothing for change of season/task etc.

unfortunately, no but yes it would be useful.
a lot of sorting options will likely be quality of life stuff in the future.
sorting inventory in general would be nice… re-sorting your clothing so everything’s on the right layer, re-shuffling your inventory for efficient storage… that sorta thing.

You can press the / key in the wear window to search based on name but if you inlude things like q: (quality), m: (material) and d: (discription). Don’t know whether this allows you to sort based on attributes but it does allow you to search for spicific pieces of clothing and sort based on material if you need crafting materials. This works for many other menu’s to (pickup menu, advanced item sorting, consuming menu, drop menu and inventory menu)

Yeah, whilst the filter is very useful for some things, sadly I haven’t found it to work with attributes in any way.
