so i use the CDDA Game lancher mostly for ease of modding are they uptodate, or are they behind and i am actually playing a old game?

As long as you hit the “Update” button on the launcher before you start playing you will always be using the most recent version. Unless a version was literally released seconds before you opened the launcher, then it takes a little bit before you can download it.

ok when you talked about copper version back in my factions thing i thought copper was old version and my launcher was behind

Yeah Cooper is just the designation for the last official “stable” build. From then on out they just used it as a marker or organizational thing or whatever you want to call it. If the next “stable” build is ever released I’m sure they’ll use some word that starts with a D and go from there.
