# Solar Beam spell impeded by... absence of gloves?

Is it impeded by rings too, or what is going on here?

I’m assuming this is from a mod (Magiclysm, I guess?)…

Given that it “requires mobility” I’d presume that the hand encumberance might play a role here.

somatic (arm encumbrance), impeded by gloves (hand encumbrance), and requires mobility (leg encumbrance)
