# So is it intentional that power armor helmets are almost impossible to find?

While I’m at it, why does only one in every forty billion doctor’s offices contain a stethoscope? I find myself just debugging myself each of these items eventually because their rarity seems false and illogical.

Indeed, power armor helmets are unusually rare. I’ll typically have ~10 suits of power armor lying around but not a single helmet. Maybe it’s a balance thing?

Not intentional, just hasn’t been adjusted with that in mind.  
One note, that’s far superior to just the helmet, they’re totally worthless without armor.
