# Save issue with experimental

i seem to be missing the config, and save files from my game. from how i understand i’m missing all those files that are ment to be made when you save for the first time, even tho i have characters and worlds i’ve been playing on. does anyone have a solution to this?

First thing comes to mind: does DDA have permission to write to the folder? Sometimes windows oversecures things.
