# Repairing w/ welder

Hey all. I’m new to this game and someone told me you could repair metal weapons like machetes and swords with welders. Is that true? How would I do that? Do you just activate it & it pops up a menu or something?

Yep, you might need some scrap metal or other materials too depending on what you are repairing.
