I’ve had similar crashes, but I thought they were because my old survivor encountering new NPCs screwed things up. I do know that the crash is NPC related because I avoided the crash when I turned static NPCs off.

Well whatever it is, creating another new world fixed it, so I guess the issue was just with that world.
