How does one cross threshold?  
What happens if all possible mutations are blocked by CBM, while there is still primer and catalyst in the body?

1. Mutate with a lot of primer in your body and a lot of traits from the category.

2. Catalyst and primers tick down naturally, and catalyst still gets used up in the abortive mutation rolls that fails because of your chrome bits.
