# Question about making work EOC with npc (not avatar) as a target

How to make eoc work on npc via spell? npc\_add\_var for example. I create spell and eoc for it, cast that spell with npc as a target, but var is added to my character. What ever is difference between u\_add and npc\_add?

Also, if i created awesome mod, where should i publish it for people to see?
