Eh, as long as you don’t mean to annoy people and such, don’t worry about it too much.  
Here is a rough quote from me: “_The only reason you should say sorrry now is rcause you said sorry._”  
It’s inevitable that people are going to get annoyed by _something_. I was one of those people at least once, but I’m certain you didn’t necessarily _mean_ to, or anything. Even if you did, this is the internet, annoyance is inevitable.  
Now, please apologize for apologizing. 😉
