Principles of Advanced Programming has bugged morale penalty

Penalty for reading this book seems to increase (greater penalty) far more frequently than it should. (Or alternately morale penalty for other books is lighter by comparison for the specified -2 penalty).

I haven’t noticed any strange increase on it, it is a high level programming book, so it should be pretty dry (I know from experience). What’s the highest value you’re seeing?

I presume that’s what the -2 penalty is for. But the total penalty jumps down much faster than other books. Have been forced to stop reading that particular one with multiple chars because of low morale, whereas I rarely have major issues with other books. Even -2 penalty ones.
