Can somebody please tell me what tool and materials do i need to repair a raincoat? or in any case point me to a piece of clothing that resmebles a raincoat the rain is driving me crazy is freaking autuum and it rains EVERY SINGLE DAY!!

Soldering iron, and plastic chunks - get plastic chunks from cutting up any plastic item with a knife, then activate your soldering iron like you would a sewing kit, and choose the correct option
