# 'Place' function not working underground

The ‘place’ function for Petpack and Petcarrier is not working underground. (EG. Basements.) Is this a bug or something intentional?

No error message. Simply ‘You cannot place this here’.

The bug seems to allow you to only ‘place’ things at the Z level they are found. Such as chickens found on a roof can only be placed at Z level 2, Cats found on ground level can only be placed at Z level 1, ect.
