Not seeing that happening in 0.A 2124 build, can wield screwdrivers, hammers, electric carvers, etc even with Fusion Blaster Arm installed.
Also, wielded two-handed items don’t drop when you install it.

I have a suspicion that this echo also displays when you have 0 working arms (both broken) and you try to wield anything.
