# OSX black foreground on black background

So, the OSX build 0.6-45-gddc143a

Too many things are black, and when a bear or necromancer steps onto a road they are invisible (unless you go through a lot of x square by square hunting)

sewer rats are also black.

Are these settings configurable/fixable anywhere? I’d be happy to set it even to a dark grey

IIRC

> The fix for this on OS X is in Terminal's "Preferences -\> Settings -\> Text", enable "Use bright colors for bold text".
