Fixing the child itemgroups should be extremely easy and would be a decent first issue for someone.
Dental grilles need to be rarer by a couple orders of magnitude.

Ooh. I thought dental grilles were a catch all term for braces, dentures, capped teeth, and retainers. Which is why I felt so bad about prying them off a body.

I once had this really weird spawn a couple of month’s back where a fat zombie had some basic cloths. but when i looked into her inventory she had nothing but vibrators.

I once met one with a dinosaur suit, but never one in a wolf suit.
Taking a quick look at the json files… I don’t find anything that would indicate that Zombies could wear wolf suits.
